Are you planning to attend PulpFest 2017? Then now’s the time to register! From December 12 through January 8, both regular attendees and dealers who will be staying at our host hotel will be able to register for PulpFest at our 2016 rates. Call it the PulpFest Cyber Monday Sale!
PulpFest 2017 will take place July 27 – 30 at the newly and beautifully renovated DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pittsburgh – Cranberry. You can now book your room directly through the PulpFest website. Along the right hand side of our home page at pulpfest.com you’ll find a link that reads “Book a Room for 2017.” Click on this link and you’ll be redirected to a secure site where you can book a room at our host hotel. You can also reserve a room by calling 1-800-222-8733. Please be sure to mention PulpFest in order to receive the special convention rate of $125 plus tax per night. Included in the room rate are free Wi-Fi and two complimentary breakfasts per room for both Friday and Saturday. Parking is free!

PulpFest 2017 Cyber Monday Sale
From December 12 through January 8, you can register for PulpFest 2017 at the following rates:
Full Weekend DoubleTree membership: $30 (includes free early-bird shopping and $5 savings over 2017)
DoubleTree island-table rental fee: $70 per six-foot table (save $10 by registering now)
DoubleTree wall-table rental fee: $80 per six-foot table (save $10 by registering now)

We will start accepting registrations for all members at our new prices beginning on January 9, 2017.
All dealers and their helpers are also required to purchase a membership to PulpFest 2017. Electricity is not included in table fees. Dealers will have to pay an additional $20 for each table that requires electricity.
An early-bird membership will get you into the dealers’ room from 6 PM to 9 PM on Thursday, July 27, while our dealers are setting up for the convention. Only staff, dealers, and early-birds will be allowed into the dealers’ room during these hours. Please realize that due to travel conditions and other contingencies, PulpFest cannot guarantee that each and every registered dealer will be available during our early-bird hours.
Children age 15 and younger, accompanied by an adult, will be admitted free of charge. However, they must be registered.
All paying members will receive a complementary copy of our program book, THE PULPSTER, a $10 value.
Every year, the dealers’ room at PulpFest is brimming with a wide variety of material. Although the focus of PulpFest 2017 will be pulp magazines and related materials, genre fiction, vintage paperbacks, digests, men’s adventure and true crime magazines, first edition hardcovers, series books, dime novels, original art, Big Little Books, B-movies and serials and related collectibles, old-time-radio shows, and Golden and Silver Age comic books can also be found. Please note that PulpFest is not a comic book convention. Also the sale of sexually explicit material, including PLAYBOY, PENTHOUSE, and OUI, will not be allowed.
